CREDIT HIRE CLAIMS HANDLING SERVICE
In the present
financial climate, organisation and management of claims handling departments
can be a disproportionate expense for many credit hire providers.
Fluctuating workloads, training, postage & telephone expenses, and any
reduction of solicitor referral fees may affect the viability of such
arrangements. Irrecoverable solicitor and barrister fees can also be a

I am a self-employed
non-practising solicitor with 15 years experience of dealing with motor claims,
12 of which have involved credit hire claims, including involvement with the
early Helphire test cases. I am fully
versed in the relevant credit hire case law, including the Hamco
test cases and recent decisions by the Court of Appeal and work with a team of
experienced personnel.
